Can't get premium in Turkey

My Question or Issue

 I have been trying to pay for tge premium deal (the 3 months one) and the payment keeps on failing, I tried 3 cards on 6 different accounts and it keeps failing, I also tried incognito mode, my cards have funds, I waited a few days and tried again, but all without use.
