Hello, I've been trying to get Spotify premium but it keeps saying I'm not illegible for any of the plan can someone help me?

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear this is happening and you can't get your Premium subscription.

What you can try opening an incognito browser window and subscribing from there, as sometimes bad cache&cookies can cause such errors.

If you're subscribing for a Premium trial offer (1 month or 3 months for free), note that this trial is only available for users who've never had Spotify Premium in the past. This also applies to your payment method - if you've paid for the Premium subscription of a friend/ family member with your payment method, the system won't allow you to take the offer.
