Can’t get spotify premium

I’m trying to buy spotify premium. I add the gift card details, I registered it before trying to get spotify premium for the family, but it won’t work. Why not?

maybe your entering the info wrong? try googling it for more info its what id do?

The reason it won't work is that Spotify gift cards will not work in conjunction with any special offers, including Premium for Family and Student. For more information on how Spotify gift cards work, you can take this link here.
