My Question or Issue

I recently started university and I wanted to take advantage of the student discount. I realized I have been on a family plan for the last couple of years and I want to leave the plan. So I went through the process of canceling premium and it said it would of ended yesterday but it hasn't, I just tried again today and now it says it will end tomorrow. I verified that I am a student but when I want to change to that plan it still says verify and when I click on it, it says I'm verified.

I have tried canceling in a seperate browser and in a private window but nothing seems to work.

Attached is what it says when I cancel.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @ianefford, I'm here to help!

Can you make sure that you have asked the owner of the Premium for Family plan to remove you? You can also them if you're in their manage members list.

 

Also, can you let me know your subscription status in your account overview?

I'm not in contact with the owner, so I would rather be able to remove myself.

 

Under Account overview, it says under Your plan that I'm still apart of the family plan.
