Can't locate the charged account

My Question or Issue

 My account says I'm free but I've been charged 9.99 for many months.  I've tried all suggestions to locate the charged account, including third party.

Have you tried to put in all your emails through this page? If any existing accounts are linked to your email then you'll be able to identify them. 🙂
