Can't login on my Premium account and don't know the email

Hi, 

I was logged out of my Premium account and don't know the email that I was signed up with. The payment keeps on running but I can't log in to close it. I have tried with all the different emails that I have but just can't find the right one. 

Anyone has ideas on what to do?
