Can't login to my account - email not working

Can't login to my account - email not working


I have created an account and chose for Premium Family.

After almost 3 weeks I was logged out.


When I try to recover my password by email, I don't receive any email.

It says that this username does not exists.


If I try to login by link, it worked 3 days ago, but now doesn't work anymore.


If i try to make an account again with the same email before it shows that there is an account on Spotify, so I can't create it.


I don't know who to talk or where to email in order for this issue to be solved.

Please advise.


(P.S. - this account is a new one with a different email address)

I recommend checking your email inbox as well as your spam/junk folder for any email notifications from Spotify. 🙂

If you haven't received any, let me know and I'll see what else I can suggest.

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately I didn't receive anything in spam too. 

Issue solved. in a very complicated way I have finally spoked with an agent and my account have been reactivated.

How did you speak to an agent?  I'm having a similar issue where my my daughter's account reverted from premium family to free and when I tried to log into my account, my password didn't work and I don't get an email to reset the password.  I signed in with a different account and chatted with a support person, but he said he couldn't help me because he couldn't validate my new account.  He created a case # but said I needed to send an email to spotify support to address.  I's been 5 days and they still haven't replied.  How did you chat with a support person without accessing your account?  Thx.
