Can’t login with a Samsung account on the website

I can’t login to my Samsung account through the website I need to do this in order to cancel my premium membership

Could you let us know what exactly happens when you're trying to log in to your account on the website? Also, just to confirm, are you following these specific steps to cancel your subscription? 

On another note, are you trying to do this from your Samsung device? If you aren't, could you give it a go from there to see if it works?
