Can’t login

I have tried all possible email addresses but can’t login and am paying for Spotify family but can’t use this please help

Hello, 

Have you tried to login with your username instead of the email adress ? Also have you tried to reset your password ? 
Have you linked your facebook account (if you have one) to spotify in the past ?

Sometimes I have had troube loging in with my Spotify ID, but when I logged in with FB it worked out. I think it's a bug that happens from time to time. How long as this be going on ?

I don’t use Facebook so can’t use that.
I think it may be set up on an old email address I don’t use or have access to. I have my username but no password and reset email I’m not sure where is going?
