Can't make payment

Can't make payment

I'm trying to update the payment for my account and I simply can't. I'm trying for more than a week and today my premium got cancelled for not payind it, but everytime I try to pay it shows an unkown error and prompt me totry with other method.

I tried with 2 different Credit cards, one debit card (solutions available for Brazil) and nothing.

 

How am I able to pay for it?

*PS: My God, are you really serious that the support is only through here? No chat, nothing? The "number-one-comfort" came for Spotify?

Could you try following some payment troubleshooting steps here? Please make sure to follow all the steps provided in that support article.

 

If that doesn't help, could you try the same thing using a different browser or private window?

Thanks for your post! 

 

Trying to update the payment details in an Incognito Window on a desktop device is a good first step to try. 

 

If that doesn't do it, changing the payment method is an option. 

 

If you continue to experience issues, could you send us a screenshot of the error message?
