My Question or Issue

I am new on Spotify and trying to pay for the monthly subscription but everytime I try my card it says “something went wrong” and I also noticed it didn’t asked me for the card billing details 

 

pls can you help

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.

 

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.
