Can't pay for premium

Can't pay for premium

I stopped paying for premium a few months ago but now I wanna start my Premium account again. However whenever I type in my credit card info it says "payment failed". The card isn't the issue it works fine otherwise. It also isn't a connection issue as it's been going on for days and across two countries.

If you're still unable to pay for Premium, we'd suggest giving it a try using an incognito window or a different device. It's also worth making sure that your account is located in the same country as the one your card was issued in.
