My Question or Issue

I am trying to sign up for Premium Duo but I am only getting an option to pay if I am a Vodacom mobile subscriber, which i am not. I would like to pay by credit card - how do i do this. I have tried all the options in the community but none work

We suggest that you try to sign up from a private/incognito window.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, can you try from another browser?

 

Another useful step to try is from another device.

I have tried an incognito link - no joy. I also tried using my cellphone -
no joy either

Does the same thing happen if you try to activate a Duo subscription from both our website and from the available plans section of your account page

 

If that's the case it's also  good idea to check if you observe the same under a different network. If it works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information. Keep in mind that if you're using VPN you should deactivate it.

I get the same result on website, app, using WiFi, using my cellphone
network provider (which is not Vodacom)

I have the exact same problem as janemm, with the difference I want to subscribe for the Family Premium plan of 6 months and not the duo.

 

Can you please help me with a link as well?

Would you mind giving this link a shot? Should lead you directly to the Premium Family checkout option if the 6 months plan is currently available for your account.

 

If the link appears to now work smoothly for any reason, it'd be great to try opening it in an incognito window. In general, it's also always best to use such links and follow the related procedures on desktop instead of mobile.

The only way forward is to directly connect with Spotify and get them to
send you a link that you use to pay by credit card. Nothing else works
