Can't pay with paypal

Hi! I try to upgrade my profile at 0.99€ but every time I click on "accept and pay" on paypal page, nothing happen. I mean, the page goes back to the payment methods of Spotify. I haven't Spotify Premium befour and I don't have the option to pay by another metod.

Can you please log into https://www.spotify.com/login/ in an incognito window, and then try claiming the offer from there?

Still can't pay w/ PayPal. Tried private browsing and 3 different devices same annoying loop.
