Je me suis abonné en premium et je voudrais utiliser une carte cadeau spirit of cadeau / freemium pour régler. Je suis allé sur la page redeem mais le code à 4 chiffres de ma carte ne fonctionne pas. Est-ce que le code premium à taper est bien le code à 4 chiffres à gratter derrière la carte?

Est-ce que l'on peut contacter directement le service clients de  spotify?

I Type in the 11 digit number but it won't work.. It seems to be 8 capitalised letters the last three letters are printed backwards WEQ

I am having this EXACT same problem, but in Japan.
I need a Spotify representative to get directly in touch with me about this.  I purchased these gift card codes for myself from Amazon.co.jp almost a year ago and 4 out of 5 of them don't work!!!

when i write the code it tells me that "Sorry, it appears that your Premium subscription code is incorrect. Please try again or contact customer support if the issue persists." even thought I'm sure that the code is right, so what is the problem here?

Just got a gift card and everytime I try to reedem it it says the code is invalid.

I've already checked, double-checked and tripple-checked the code and I'm entering it correctly. It just won't work.

Bought Giftcard from Amazon, saved to PDF. Am using an 11 digit code with 2 spaces 

Has anyone out there been able to fix a similar issue?
