Can't register to premium

hi,i tried to register so many times,but it says that im not eligible,.i want to know why & what to do..pls pls help,.thank you

Hey! Are you by chance trying to sign up for one of the deals? Either 3 months for .99 or $9.99 for 3 months? If you've had Premium before on that account or with the same payment method, it'll tell you you are ineligible. If you're not trying to get one of those deals, there's no reason you shouldnt be able to upgrade. Try goin gthrough your account page which can be reached through the Settings in your app and upgrade that way! Hope this helps 🙂
