Can't rejoin Family Subscription

My Question or Issue

 I've been kicked off the family subscription, because I failed to verify my adress within 7 days. I did not see the mail in my mailbox, until today my Premium was revoked. Now with a new invite, even though I put in the correct adress (The four of us on the pack are sure of this), it doesn't allow me to join as I recieve a issue, and is refered to the Family Help section which doesn't help me.

 

What do I do?

Hey there @Perovic!

 

You can ask the owner of the family plan to send another invite in an incognito window just to be sure, and let you accept the invitation through another device. You can read more aout it here. Let me know how it goes :)

It still doesn't work for me, and I don't understand why. Sorry for late response. Any other suggestions?

I want to remind you that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside in the same address. Maybe that's the reason why you can't join. You can read more about the family plan here.

Thanks, but I am aware, I still live with my siblings who run the Family Subscription.
