Can't renew my original plan!!

I have an old Family Membership but I came back from holiday and saw it was cancelled due to a problem with my card.

How can I renew my original plan, it doesn't make sense I have to pay more each month from now on just because I wasn't able to renew it a few days ago while out of town.

Regarding the price increase in Turkey, Spotify’s kept the same price since their launch, and now need to increase it in order to guarantee the best service for music fans. I’d recommend contacting Support if you have any further questions about this, as they should be able to help you more 🙂
