Can't renew premium

My Question or Issue

Hey! I've had Premium for students, for a while, but one day Spotify cancelled the automatic renewal. I tried upgrading back to premium, but everytime I try, the webside tells me that my account already have been through a free trial, but that I can renew it some other way. The problem is that is seems to be no other way. Evereytime i try, the webside automatically gives me the free trial option. 

Also: all the music I previously had  saved, seems to be gone.

I'd recommend that you try to subscribe to Premium using this link.

Also, if you're not seeing your saved music anymore, you might be logged into a different account. In this case, it's best to follow the steps stated in this support article.

Thank you! The link seems to work, but as a student I would like the
premium for students. Is it possible to send me the link with the student
discount?

Thanks for letting me know. 

You should be able to get Premium Student through this link. After filling out the form you should get a mail with the activation link from SheerID.

Also, make sure to check if you have any additional accounts, as only one student verification can be active at a time.

Thank you! The account I am using is already verified for a students
subscription. My problem is that I can't find anywhere to renew this
student account without the free trial.
