My Question or Issue

Entered my cc info correctly and keep getting an error "Something went wrong.  Try again"

Hey @vanvliet3669, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Let's take a look.

First, check to make sure that you haven't gotten an authorization charge, or a confirmation for your subscription. Make sure that your card is valid, and that it supports recurring transactions.

You can check your bank statements or for an email from Spotify. You can also see if your account has been upgraded to Premium Duo here.

 

Once you've checked and you're still on Free, could you try getting started with Premium Duo here using a different browser or private window? 

If that doesn't help, follow all payment troubleshooting steps provided in this support article and let me know the outcome for each step. You can also try a different payment method if available.

 

If you're still having trouble, send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).
