Hello,

 

I have been having this issue for several days now and it is getting really frustrating. My subsription stopped while being on a vacation and I want to get back to premium now. 

 

1. When I try to enter my credit card information and I'm selecting the Experity date - Month, let's say 06, it automatically goes back to ''Month'' and I'm not able to click on it again. I have to close the website and try again. 2/5 times I'm able to enter the month an year, but 

2. I get an error that my payment didn't work, although the credit card information is correct and has enough money on it. Tried witha another card - same issue. My bank says that everything should be okay and I am able to order things from other online stores.

 

Is anyone having the same issue?

 

I'm using Spotify on my Iphone X and trying to subscribe to premium on my mac 10.13.4

Hey @liisbt,

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
