My Question or Issue

I tried to use the same paypal account to subscribe to premium as I did on an old, deleted spotify account. It tells me that I already used up my trial month. Fair enough. It redirects me to the subscription without the free month, but when I hit confirm, it just say that there was an error and that I should try again. I've tried that a couple of times, to no avail.

 

Since the error occurs before I log into paypal, it seems to me that the issue is with the trial month-less subscription and not with reusing the paypal account.

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

 

If you still have trouble with this, we'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.

 

You can also try this link to start your subscription without the trial offer.
