Can't suscribe to Premium

 Dear community, I had for a while spotify premium, unfortunately my card expired. I have tried to subscribe again, but I can not, I have followed all the instructions and I have tried to subscribe with 3 cards, I have communicated with the banks and they tell me that there is no problem with my cards, but even so I can not subscribe to spotify premium again. I really need help!!!

when you try to subscribe to Premium, do you get an error message?

And have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
