My Question or Issue

We cannot switch either of our accounts from premium individual to premium duo. When we try (on any device) we get an error message "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again."

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Can you please try using a different browser? I also recommend giving it a try in an incognito window.
