Can't update payment info after failure to charge

Can't update payment info after failure to charge

My credit card was at max and Spotify wasn't able to process my payment. I've since made the payment possible, yet when I try to update my payment info on my account it says it's unable to do so. Is it because it's the same credit card info? I just don't want my premium account to be cancelled. I received an email saying I'd lose premium in 5 days unless I updated my payment info, yet I can't.

So, first of all, I suggest that you try to cancel your Premium subscription and then, try to re-subscribe again using your payment method. If the issue persists, let me know and we'll get the next steps. Also, I suggest you take a look at this following article to get some more help on it:
