My Question or Issue
I can't update my payment on my phone. The FAQ says this is normal for the apple app, but I don't have an iphone. Tried to update my payment info on my dell chromebook (he's a little old so it could be that this is my computer causing the issue somehow) and after I enter my card info and pressing "change payment details, it does the little black outline to show it can tell I'm pressing the button, but it doesn't do anything. It doesn't update my payment info. I've reloaded the page, should I restart my computer or somehing? Or is this an issue with the site?

Sorry to see it has happened to you. There should definitely be a fix/workaround for the issue though!
Have you tried opening an incognito browser window to see if that makes a difference?
We'd advise trying that out first 🙂

Could you try it again using a different device (if possible) and/or a different browser?
Lastly, we recommend trying it with a different network such as 4/5G (hotspot) or another WiFi network.
