Can't update payment information

Can't update payment information

Dear all

 

I was a Premium subscriber till the payment stopped working. I tried updating my credit card information with two different ones in Brazil, all confirmation data valid, and still getting an error message. Payment is not even being processed.

 

 

Tried it using different devices (Windows, Mac) and browsers.

 

Need urgent support.

Thanks for replying. Attached you´ll find a screenshot of the error.

Please apologize it´s in Portuguese, but it basically says "Payment Failure. Try again or use a different form. Get support".

 

It´s really bothering me specially that I can´t rech some support except from this  community and quickly solve my problem. Will end up moving to another stream app such as Deezer or Google Music.

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also, I’d recommend checking out this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
