Can't upgrade my account

Can't upgrade my account

I'm trying to subscribe Spotify Premium and after filling all my personal information, including my credit card information, the website returns to the first page and asks me to fill the information again.

 

The same thing happens when I try to subscribe and choose payment by billet.

 

I already tried to clean my history, use a different browser and nothing happens.

 

Could you guys please help me?

I already tried with my cellphone and my personal and professional laptop,

Nothing different happens.

Hmm. Does the same thing happen when trying it in an ingocnito window (in your browser)?
