I keep getting texts when I try to upgrade saying I am unsubscribed. I keep trying to add it to my phone bill

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Are you trying from your phone or desktop computer? You can only upgrade to Premium on a desktop.

Don' worry I just change how I was doing it and done it on card on my phone so yea u can upgrade on a phone
