Can't upgrade to premium with all payment option

Hi,

I need your help with my spotify problem. I can't upgrade my acc to premium with all payment option. I did restart my acc and also uninstalled my spotify app.

 

Looking forward for your help

If your account is still premium, you should wait until the last day.
If not, you should go to your account page and check the "Your Plan" section. Your payment can be marked as "pending". When you submit a payment, your bank puts the funds aside as ‘pending’. If the payment fails, the pending status will expire and the funds will be returned to you.

If you aren't able to update your payment details even when using different payment methods we'd suggest trying in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache.

 

In case the private browser session doesn't do the trick for you, try again in a browser different than your preferred one. 

 

If performing these steps doesn't solve the issue, would you mind sending us a screenshot showing how the page looks on your end? Just attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue. Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.
