Can't use my account

Can't use my account

A few days ago, Spotify took the money for my Spotify Premium subscription from my bank-account. I accidentaly booked my money back to my own bank-account. Now since a few days I can't use my Spotify account anymore. I need Spotify today because I'm having a party. Any solutions on how to fix this problem? It says Error Code 3.

Error 3 indicates an issue with your login details. You can usually get things working again by:

 

  • Checking your login details are correct. Make sure you’re using your Spotify username (not your email address) and password. If you created your account using Facebook, use the Log In with Facebook tab. 
  • If you’re still having issues logging in, try resetting your password.
