Can’t use my visa debit to pay

My Question or Issue

 I’ve used my debit since I got the account and it’s been fine but, I just got a new debit card as the old one broke so I had to change the payment place obviously and for some reason even though all that’s changed is the card number it won’t let me change it and pay for this month. I tried to do everything that Spotify has on their site to fix this including canceling my premium and trying to buy it again and that didn’t work so now I don’t have premium at all. Please help
