My Question or Issue

I have a Duo plan but my partner never bothered to sign up. I want to keep my regular premium plan but cancel the duo piece, which I'm paying for but not using. I can't figure out how to cancel Duo without getting an error message about canceling my whole plan. Any advice?

I'd recommend following these steps in order to cancel your Premium Duo plan. Once you have successfully cancelled your plan, you can subscribe to Premium Individual again here. Don't worry if it says your account will revert back to free after cancelling, you won't lose any music or playlists and you can sign up for Premium back again right away.
