Cancel Payment - Not My Account

Good morning,

I pay for someone else's Spotify account with my debit card, however I would like to cancel these payments but do not have access to their account. 

Can you please advise how to go ahead doing this? I previously cancelled my debit card hoping this would solve the issue, but somehow Spotify have my new card details and are now charging that.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide the payment details being charged and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
