It seems like this issue with the .99 deal for 3 months is a big community issue, I would suggest checking out this Community thread on the issue. If you got the email, then it should the right account. If your still looking to cancel your subscription check out these steps:
- Log in to your account page.
- Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
- Click CHANGE OR CANCEL.
- Click CANCEL PREMIUM.
- Click YES, CANCEL.
After that you should be good to go.
