My Question or Issue: Just now I decided to try Spotify Premium with the 0,99Euro/3 Months promo and did the payment. However, I might accidentally subscribe it with my husband's account (somehow??) because mine is still in the Free mode (eventhough I am the one who received the payment bill per email). Is it possible to cancel the trial/promo?? I'm frustrated because I'm not physically with my husband at the moment and can't ask him to do the cancellation.

Hey @user-removed thank you for reaching out to the community,

 

It seems like this issue with the .99 deal for 3 months is a big community issue, I would suggest checking out this Community thread on the issue. If you got the email, then it should the right account. If your still looking to cancel your subscription check out these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
  3. Click CHANGE OR CANCEL.
  4. Click CANCEL PREMIUM.
  5. Click YES, CANCEL. 

After that you should be good to go.
