Cancel Premium

Hi Spotify Community,

I was charged $9.99 for Premium on March 25 and right after being charged, I canceled my subscription the same day. Does it mean I still get access to Premium for 30 days or I can get a refund?

Thanks for reaching out to the community!

Since you've not cancelled the subscription before you were charged for the next month, You will have premium for the month or months according to the plan you've subscribed to, before going back to free.

Although, If you’ve never used your Premium subscription, or have bought but not redeemed an online Spotify gift card, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just contact the Spotify team.
