Cancel account with unknown login i'm getting charged for

I have a spotify family. However unbeknown to me my 12 year old son opened up a spotify premium with automatic renewal last year that he does not use, he can't remember the login, email address, passwords or anything for but I am getting charged $14.06 a month and I can't figure out how to cancel it without knowing any account information that was used to create it.

Last month I was emailed Apple to deny the charge and will do it again this month but they keep coming. I can't open a spotify customer support ticket as none of us know the email address. His Apple ID email isn't it either.
