Hi there folks,

 

Thank you for your replies. Since this thread appears to be getting some more attention, we'll gladly help clear out some confusion.

 

Firstly, be advised that if a payment has already been processed, cancelling the subscription will not refund this payment and your Premium will instead remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled via our support team, you can reach out to them at any time.

 

Secondly, keep in mind that refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the date of purchase. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.

Hello, I received a notification from the Kaspi application that 4.99 USD was written off. I went in. I see that a premium subscription to Spotify has been connected. I cancelled it, but the money has not been returned and there is a message that a free version will start on April 29, 2025. I demand that you cancel this subscription and return my money.

 

 

Hello. I want my withdrawn money back as a result of the automatic subscription. I canceled my subscription, but I want the money back.

I understand that you would like a refund. Please know that if a payment has already been processed on your account, canceling the subscription will not refund the payment, and your Premium will remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled by contacting the right team here.

Refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the payment has been processed (date of purchase), and I would recommend making sure that you have all of your payment information on hand, as the Customer Support team will need that to verify your account.

I was buying Spotify premium but they have fraudulently deducted money from me twice but have not given me the premium.

Hey i hope your day is going well when i forst joined spotify premium it was 2 month ago i cancelled the subscribtion but premium was billed from my credit card today all though it was cancelled i would like a refund please if thats possible and thank you for your support 

Today I got charged notice a hour or 2 after receiving bank notication of s transaction, I currently have a gofundme because of been cut off power over almost 2 monthd now, I have health disabilities and you guys touched that money, I wish before hand forced to wait for bank deal with this, for u guys fo what its right, I have not used the service if any during this entire month for obvious reasons, I cancelled subscription and subscription was renewed today, so that time frame and customer support says no?

Hace poco obtuve Spotify Premium gratis por 3 meses puse su cuenta de Nequi pero nunca autoricé pra que descontaran sin antes dar un permiso, hoy me han descontado 16.900 y no estoy interesada en tener Spotify premium ya que es una falta de respeto que descuenten por derecha, necesito la devolución de mi dinero y que desactiven Spotify premian desde hoy

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Spotify’s support team.

The charge happened today, they said that refunds are only issued within the 14-day grace period from the start of the Premium trial not from the actual billing date despite the fact that I canceled the same day the payment was made. I don’t understand why Spotify can’t issue a refund in such a clear-cut situation. I had been traveling across two countries for the past week and was using Spotify offline with downloaded playlists. The day I connected to the internet, the charge went through and I canceled immediately but I’m being told I should’ve canceled it earlier, which simply wasn’t possible. Spotify support is very bad.

I accidentally purchased a Spotify subscription and would like to request a refund. I did not intend to make this purchase, and I have not used the premium features.

I had taken subscription today it was successful and was using it but all of sudden few hours ago i got message that it's cancelled i want to know about it
