Cancel subscription and says password is incorrect

Cancel subscription and says password is incorrect

Ive been trying to cancel my premium subscription and when i get to the page where i have to reenter my password, it says it's incorrect. I've tried incognito mode and different browsers. Please help, i would like to cancel before my next payment is due.

Can you try resetting your password to something new, and they try cancelling?
