My premium Spotify is logged in to my ineligible Facebook account, which means I can't access my Facebook anymore but my Spotify is still taking money. Tried to log into my email address that my Facebook used but it just gave me a new Spotify account.

I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support here. Please make sure you have a valid email address and that you have access to it.

Once you fill out the required info, someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
