Cancelada cuenta premium con PS4

Buenos días,

Me han pasado automáticamente a la cuenta free habiendo pagado la cuenta premium a través de PS4. De hecho, me han cobrado 10 euros en lugar del descuento del 10% (8,99 euros). ¿Puede indicarme a qué se debe esta cancelación automática habiendo pagado puntualmente a PS4 como cada mes?

I have checked this and this is not the problem. Same e-mail, same Faceebook profile and I also pay Sony Playstation without discount this time and I don´t understand why (they have to apply a 10% discount).

Any other solution?

It sounds like you've subscribed for Premium through another service and not directly on Spotify. 

If you've double checked that you've logged in to the right account, we'd recommend reaching out to the good folks over at PlayStation for more info regarding your subscription and payments.

I am keep in touch with PlayStation and I am waiting for a solution.

But I suppose that Spotify can give some info about why my account is free now instead of Premium.
