Canceled a year ago, still charged.

I canceled my Spotify subscription nearly 1 year ago. I've still been getting charged for it every month on the 20th. It's the only account I had and it's starting to get ridiculous. I've put in many complaints, only to get a, "here's some non helpful links" reply. I need to speak to a person.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
