Canceled my payment but it never ended and i was charged

Canceled my payment but it never ended and i was charged

I canceled my payment on the 22nd but I guess it didn't process correctly, now my bank account is over charged and I need a refund from the 24th, unfortunately I can't get in contact with anyone from spotify to help me so I need this fixed asap

If you want to get a refund, please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.
