No mês anterior, cancelei a assinatura e hoje novamente foi debitado o valor de R$24,90. Não vou mais utilizar o app e quero o valor estornado.

When you cancel your subscription, the system automatically stops auto-payment to prevent unauthorized charges. If you receive a charge after the cancelation, your card could be attached to a different account by mistake or the cancelation of your account wasn’t completed successfully.


Since we don’t have access to users accounts from the Community, we’d recommend contacting our Customer Support directly so they can check your individual account to see what happened.
