Cancellation with Rogers

I have just recently cancelled my spotify subscription with Rogers and would like to subscribe to the Family Subscription, when I try to change my subscription on Spotify it tells me I need to get in contact with Rogers.

How long does it take for the cancellation to go through to Spotify?

Hey @acmacritchie,

 

Spotify's usually informed pretty quickly about it, but you still have to wait until the next payment date. But because you've cancelled the subscription, it'll run out on that date instead of charging you again.  🙂

 

After it has run out, you can subscribe to Premium for Family at https://spotify.com/family.
