My Question or Issue

I cancelled my family plan two months ago, and signed up my kid for a premium account. Now I am getting charged for both. You owe me $32 so far. I have contacted your support twice now, once BEFORE the pandemic and after with NO Response. STOP CHARGING ME!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 
 

If you see multiple charges and they’re not pending or to check the payment is valid, you could have more than one Premium account. Follow these ways to find other accounts

 

In case you find another Premium account, follow these steps to cancel. If you can’t access an account, get in touch here by choosing Subscription > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.
