Cancelled Premium account but still being charged!

Cancelled Premium account but still being charged!

I cancelled my premium account months ago but continue to be charged! I have tried everything, followed all the advised steps (seeing if I have another account set up - which I don't) and all I want it to be able to contact a real person and find someone who can actually help me get my money back!
