Cancelled Premium trial, still being charged

I signed up for a free trial of the premium service and cancelled within 30 days. Since then, I've been charged $16 and $14 per month. I cannot understand how I'm being billed.

I don't have any credit card info attached to my account.

Hey @dstein31, and welcome to the community.

Hope you’re doing great!

Can you go to your Receipts page and send me a screenshot of what’s showing on that page? Please make sure you hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

Let me know how this goes :)

Here's the screenshot. It's actually showing $0 in charges.

If somehow my credit card is tied to another account, how do I determine
which account?

Thanks for getting back to us.

If you are being charged but you don't think it's for your Spotify account, take a look at this page to see what to do next.

Hope that solves the issue. Let us know if you have further questions.

No, that is not helpful. I think I'm being charged for an account I didn't
set up.
