My Question or Issue

I recently cancelled my plan through Apple and want to subscribe with Spotify directly for Premium Duo. How can i do that without losing my profile and playlists. My subscription ends on 8/1/20. Please help as i have had this account since 2012

Hey @vedicxtacy, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

If you currently pay for Premium with Apple’s in-app payment system, it’s easy to switch to subscribe directly with Spotify:

  1. Cancel the automatic renewal of your Spotify payment with Apple. 
  2. At your next billing date, your account page shows Spotify Free under Your plan. This means you can now resubscribe directly with Spotify.
